Q. I'm unsure what pillow is right for me.  Can you please help?

Based on your sleep position and height we recommend the following pillows:

The Signature pillow is a versatile pillow, suitable for both side sleepers and back sleepers. It is a standard size, and fits inside a standard pillow case. It is gusseted, which provides good neck support. Our pillow is medium-firm, and the gusseting holds the shape well to ensure a comfortable, long life pillow.

If you prefer a lower style pillow, check out our Low-Profile version.

All of our bedroom pillows fit into a standard bedroom pillow case.  The European Pillow fits into a standard European pillow case.  For the Pregnancy pillow and Boomerang pillow refer to the product pages for pillowcase suggestions.

Q. How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?

We know you value convenience, that’s why delivery is FREE no matter where you live.

We aim to ship your order next business day!  However, shipping time frames do depend on a few factors including your location. Australia Post are currently experiencing shipping delays due to high demand. 

Please note that if you are from Western Australia or Northern Territory we are seeing longer delivery times.

If you are based in Melbourne we offer click and collect from our studio at 520B Sydney Road Coburg. 

If you need a super speedy delivery please contact us as we can arrange express post. 

Q. Where are your products made? 

We are passionate about ensuring our goods are ethically and sustainably sourced, and proud that our pillows and quilts are made in Melbourne, Australia. Fair wages are paid to all involved in production.

Q. What materials is the Pillow made from?

We trialled hundreds of pillows to find the best. We trialled latex, memory foam, 100% cotton, and goose down. We found that poly fill, inside a gusseted 100% cotton casing is the most hygienic, consistently comfortable pillow you can get. We want our pillows be affordable, easy to clean, and comfy. It is antibacterial and low allergen.

Q. Are your pillows anti-dust mite, anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic?

Yes our pillows are anti-dust mite, anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic.  As we try to limit wastage we use minimal packaging.  Given this, if you suffer from allergies please contact us as we can discuss extra steps to make sure your pillow is packaged with additional packaging. 

Q. What if I'm unhappy with the pillow?

We offer a full refund, we want you to be 100% satisfied.  Refer to our return policy for more details. 

Q. How do I care for my Pillow?

Our pillow is machine washable, in cool water. Add a small amount of detergent, and do not use fabric softeners. Air dry in sunlight, lying flat.

Q. What is a Social Enterprise?

 Social Enterprises are cause-driven businesses, whose objective is to return a portion of the profits to social causes or contribute to society. Profit is not the primary motivation of the business, it is to improve the lives of others less fortunate. Profit is important in so much as it enables investment into social works and reinvestment in operations.

Q. What is an Ethical Business?

A business which makes business decisions with an ethics-based approach to issues effecting society, such as the environment, fair trade principles, and community development.

 Q. Where does the money donated go to?

We donate 50% of our profits, with our partner charities being Juno and Women’s Housing Ltd. These organisations support women experiencing homelessness and provide them with long-term affordable housing options. For information on our impact, see our latest Impact Statement.

 Q. I am a student/ pensioner/low income earner – how can I afford to buy sustainably and ethically?

It is important that sustainable and ethical products are available to all, allowing real options for lower income peoples to avoid unethical producers such as Kmart, Target, Walmart. We offer 25% discounts to students, pensioners and low-income earners. Simply email us for a discount code. We’re passionate about making it accessible for everyone to purchase quality, ethical sourced, and sustainable made goods for everyone. 

Q. What are the products packaged and sent in?

Products are posted in a 100% compostable mailer bag, which you can place in your home compost to watch it break down naturally. We refuse any single use plastic in our supply chain. Our packaging changes from time to time, depending on trends and availability, it is always recycled materials and/or compostable.  For larger orders we may use a cardboard box.

Q. Is your studio accessible?

Our gates and doors are 101cm wide, and there are no steps at the entrance. There is onstreet parking outside the gate and offstreet parking at Trinity next door. If you would like an order delivered to your car outside, please indicate when ordering.
