Can you please give me the exact dimensions of the pillows?

How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?
We offer free delivery on orders over $99.
We use Australia Post for most deliveries.
We ship most orders next business day!
Shipping time frames do depend on a few regional factors.
Please note that if you are from Western Australia, Northern Territory or regional Queensland we are seeing longer delivery times.
If you are based in Melbourne we offer click and collect from our studio at 520B Sydney Road Coburg.
Where are your products made?
We are passionate about ensuring our goods are ethically and sustainably sourced, and proud that our pillows and quilts are made in Australia. Fair wages are paid to all involved in production.
What materials is the Signature Pillow made from?
Our best selling pillow, the Signature pillow is made from poly fill, inside a gusseted 100% cotton casing is the most hygienic. It is designed to be a comfortable and supportive pillow. We want our pillows be affordable, easy to clean, and comfy. It is antibacterial and low allergen.

Are your pillows anti-dust mite, anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic?
Yes our pillows are anti-dust mite, anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic. As we try to limit wastage we use minimal packaging. Given this, if you suffer from allergies please contact us as we can discuss extra steps to make sure your pillow is packaged with additional packaging.
What if I'm unhappy with the pillow?
We offer a full refund, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Refer to our return policy for more details.
How do I care for my Pillow?
We recommend using the #GoKindly Pillow Protector to extend the life of your pillow.
All pillows except our memory foam pillow are machine washable.

What is a Social Enterprise?
Social Enterprises are cause-driven businesses, whose objective is to return a portion of the profits to social causes or contribute to society. Profit is not the primary motivation of the business, it is to improve the lives of others. Profit is important in so much as it enables investment into social works and reinvestment in operations.
What is an Ethical Business?
A business which makes business decisions with an ethics-based approach to issues effecting society, such as the environment, fair trade principles, and community development.
What is a B Corp?
#GoKindly is a Certified B Corp. We are part of a community that meets the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility and impact.
To become certified is a rigorous process. B Corp measures a company’s entire social and environmental impact. We are delighted to have been awarded an impact score of 90.5 - which compares to 50.9 for the average business. We are one of only two bedding brands in Australia who've met B Corp Certification.
Where does the money donated go to?
We donate 50% of our profits, with our partner charities being Juno and Women’s Housing Ltd. These organisations support women experiencing homelessness and provide them with long-term affordable housing options. For information on our impact, see our latest Impact Statement.
I am a student/ pensioner/low income earner – how can I afford to buy sustainably and ethically?
It is important that sustainable and ethical products are accessible for all, allowing real options for lower income peoples to avoid unethical producers such as Kmart, Target, Walmart. We offer 25% discounts to students, pensioners and low-income earners. Simply email us for a discount code. We’re passionate about making it accessible for everyone to purchase quality, ethical sourced, and sustainable made goods for everyone.
What are the products packaged and sent in?
We use 100% compostable mailer bags and cardboard boxes.
For the compostable mailer bags, you can place them in your home compost to watch it break down naturally.
For larger orders we may use a cardboard box.
We refuse any single use plastic in our supply chain. Our packaging changes from time to time, depending on trends and availability, it is always recycled materials and/or compostable.
How can I make a wholesale order?
We're always happy to organise wholesale orders so please contact us at sales@gokindly.com.au to discuss further.
Is your studio accessible?
Our gates and doors are 101cm wide, and there are no steps at the entrance. There is onstreet parking outside the gate and offstreet parking at Trinity next door. If you would like an order delivered to your car outside, please indicate when ordering.
What are the warranty details for your quilts?
We have a 1 year warranty. Here are some details:
- Quilt Warranty details: Broadly, if the quilt has a manufacturing fault either something is wrong with the materials or making of the quilt, we will repair, exchange or refund you.
- Quilt Care: A key point is that the quilt must be dry cleaned only and not machine washed to be covered by the warranty. The warranty won't cover damage because you have been mean to it. Also, the warranty does not cover any spills or a yucky soiled stuff. So best to treat it with much kindness as you can :)
If you believe you are entitled to a warranty claim please send photos and details to info@gokindly.com.au. We aim to respond to warranty claims within 2 business days.
Do you delivery internationally?
No. Unfortunately we only deliver within Australia.
