Creating Sleep Routine - June Sleep Series

Affordable sleep aids and creating a sleep routine is the theme of the month at #GoKindly.

Its all about simple ways to improve your sleep quality, practical solutions which don't break the bank or make overhyped promises.

Here is what our co-founder Laura found worked to improve her sleep:

  • A sleep routine - every night create a ritual and rythmn before bed, to tell your body its time to rest
  • Magensium Salts in baths before bed
  • Dimming lights - sending signals to your body that its time to slow down
  • Sleep sprays / essential oils - scents can be a trigger to relax your body
  • Pre-bed rituals - stretching, breathing and tapping into your feelings. 
  • Relaxing music to calm your mind
  • Minimise stress before bed / sleep - at least an hour before stop reading emails
  • Make your bed somewhere you want to be! Have good quality bedding
