Its all about simple ways to improve your sleep quality, practical solutions which don't break the bank or make overhyped promises.
Here is what our co-founder Laura found worked to improve her sleep:
- A sleep routine - every night create a ritual and rythmn before bed, to tell your body its time to rest
- Magensium Salts in baths before bed
- Dimming lights - sending signals to your body that its time to slow down
- Sleep sprays / essential oils - scents can be a trigger to relax your body
- Pre-bed rituals - stretching, breathing and tapping into your feelings.
- Relaxing music to calm your mind
- Minimise stress before bed / sleep - at least an hour before stop reading emails
- Make your bed somewhere you want to be! Have good quality bedding
